If you need help when we are closed
For non-urgent medical problems which cannot wait until surgery re-opens please ring our Out of Hours service on NHS 111 from a landline or mobile.
The service operates between 6.30pm and 8.00am every weekday evening and on weekends from 6.30pm on Friday until 8.00am the following Monday. It also operates on bank holidays and occasionally at other times.
The service also has access to interpreters.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999.
Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
